Booking terms.

How quotes, payment, changes and cancellations work when you book a stay with us.

Last updated 20th October 2026

Who you book with

You book with Evening Haven Pvt Ltd, trading as Isolia Maldives, a company registered in the Maldives (registration [number]). Licences and registration sets out the company’s registration and its travel agency licence.

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Each quote states how long its price holds, which depends on the resort, and comes with that resort’s change and cancellation terms.

What the price includes

Your quote lists each part of the price on its own line, in US dollars: the villa, the meal plan, transfers there and back, the service charge, the tourism tax (T-GST) and the Green Tax.

Paying

There is no deposit. You pay in full when you confirm, in US dollars, by bank transfer to Evening Haven Pvt Ltd.

Changes and cancellations

The resort’s change and cancellation terms apply, as set out with your quote.

We add no change or cancellation terms of our own, and we are flexible on our side.

Travel insurance

We do not require travel insurance, but we strongly recommend comprehensive cover, taken out when you book.

During your stay

For as long as you are in the Maldives, message us on WhatsApp if anything comes up; we are available day and night in an emergency. When things go wrong explains what happens.

Complaints

To make a complaint, email us at complaints@isoliamaldives.com. We will reply within two working days.

Bookings made by travel agents

When a travel agent books with us for a client, the agent is our customer. The agent confirms the booking, pays us in full in US dollars, and remains the client’s point of contact. These terms apply between us and the agent, and the agent’s own terms apply between the agent and the client. The resort’s change and cancellation terms still apply, as set out with the quote.

We never contact the client directly without being asked. While the client is in the Maldives, we are on hand for anything that comes up, day and night in an emergency, and we tell the agent what happened.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for arranging your booking as we agreed it with you. The resort, the transfer company and your airline are each responsible for their own services. We are not responsible for things outside anyone’s control, such as weather or a cancelled flight, but we will still help you sort them out.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Maldives, and any dispute goes to the courts of the Maldives.
