What we collect
What you send us through the forms on this website:
- Plan your stay: your answers to the six questions, the number of guests and any children’s ages, your first name, your email address or WhatsApp number, and anything else you tell us.
- Request a quote (travel agents): your name, agency and email address, and your client’s dates, party and any children’s ages, country, arrival flight, budget, occasion and its date, the resort in mind and other requests.
- Register as a partner: your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, and your agency’s details: its name, country, website, licence or membership number, markets and the trips and number of bookings it handles.
- Contact: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, and your message.
- Free planning guide and the trade brief: your email address, and your first name for the guide.
- Feedback: your name, email address, when you travelled, your rating and comments and, if you are a travel agent, your agency.

Why we use it
- To reply to your message, brief or quote request.
- To arrange and book your stay with the resort and the transfer company.
- To send you the planning guide or the trade brief, if you asked for them.
- To publish your feedback, only if you said we may.
We use your information only to do what you have asked of us, and you can stop the planning guide, the trade brief or published feedback at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the resorts and transfer companies that need them to make your booking.
How long we keep it
We keep each kind of information only as long as we need it:
- Bookings: five years after the end of the year of your stay, as Maldives tax law requires.
- Enquiries and quotes that do not become a booking: two years from our last contact.
- Travel agent partner details: while you are registered with us, and two years after.
- The planning guide and the trade brief: until you unsubscribe.
- Published feedback: until you ask us to take it down.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to complaints@isoliamaldives.com. [How quickly we reply: to be set]
You can stop the trade brief at any time from the link in each email.
