A quiet island, good food and nothing to plan.

The stay

A week with nothing to organise.

Some trips are for doing very little: sleeping late, reading by the water, a swim when you feel like it. A quiet island makes that easy. The island, the villa and the meal plan are worth choosing with care, so nothing needs deciding once you arrive.

Plan your stay

Choosing the island

What makes an island restful.

Quiet is easier to find on some islands than on others. These are the things that make the difference.

  1. Fewer villas

A smaller island, or one with fewer villas, tends to be quieter.

  2. Adults only

Some islands take adults only, or guests above a set age.

  3. Space

Villas spaced well apart, with their own stretch of beach or deck.

  1. Good food

More than one restaurant, so the evenings do not all feel the same.

  2. A meal plan that suits you

Half board, full board or all inclusive, so you are not checking prices at every meal.

  3. An easy arrival

A transfer that fits your flight, so the first day is not spent waiting.

What we arrange

Decided before you go.

  1. The island

A quiet island, chosen for your brief by our reservations team.

  2. The meal plan

We explain what each meal plan covers, so you can choose the one that suits how you eat.

  3. Transfers

Seaplane, speedboat or domestic flight, timed around your international flights.

  4. One contact

One contact from your first message until you fly home.

A sample week

Five nights, as slowly as you like.

One way five nights can run. Every island is different, and nothing here is fixed.

  1. Day 1

    Arrive

Land at Velana International Airport, transfer to the island, and the rest of the day off.

  2. Day 2

    Nothing planned

A day with nothing fixed at all.

  3. Day 3

    The reef

Snorkel the house reef, then back to your book.

  4. Day 4

    The spa

A massage in the afternoon, and dinner somewhere new.

  5. Day 5

    Out on the water

A sunset cruise on a dhoni, the traditional Maldivian boat.

  6. Day 6

    Home

A late breakfast, and a transfer timed to your flight.
